    Hi there Jim.

We will continue to provide technical support including parts support for the Navigator 250.
Is there any specific area where you need support right at this moment for the Navigator 250?

    Best regards,
    Chris aka MatLi

I don’t even have one yet. I noticed that it is at a very attractive price point. The 250 has many features that I haven’t had before such as GPS, Point to Point, GEO fencing  etc. (all the features that I want). I’m sure I would have questions about setting it up. I was concerned that I would buy it and not get support since you have moved on to some very sophisticated products. I wouldn’t even be able to use it for about four months due to where I live (cold and snowy). I don’t know how long of a warranty it has. If there was a problem I might not know for awhile so I’m hesitant to jump in. Thanks for getting back to me!

I believe they will very well. To make sure – do you have a frequency table of your goggles? Perhaps provide the model number as well so we can help to check for you. Generally most  common frequencies are covered by both, your googles and the Navigator 250.

They’re the Eachine VR006. They cover the usual frequency spectrum so they should be ok.

    Hey Jim,

The Eachine goggles will work with the Navigator. It has all the frequencies that the Navigator has so no worries.

I’m very excited to let you know I just bought the 250. I get it Wednesday. Even though it is 8 degrees (F) and I’m buried in snow, I couldn’t resist the winter sale. I’ve had my eye on this drone for a long time. I know the market changes fast but I still think it’s a great product. Thanks for the email about my TX questions Jamie.

I got the 250 and fired it up. The one arm fold screw is broken as I showed in the email. Is it possible to get a set? They seem easy to replace. I don’t seem to get any GPS signal although I am in the house. I don’t know if this is normal. I cant get the propeller guards on nor do I see how they can possibly go on. The two small middle pieces on the guard are in the way of the notch on the motor housing but that’s no big deal for now. The main issue is the broken arm fold screw. It seemed to be cross threaded.  It would not turn easily like the others and when I moved the arm it just broke. The camera motor is noisy but this might be normal.(the whole unit itself seems to make a lot of odd noises just sitting there). I don’t want to try flying it with that somewhat loose arm. My eachine goggles work great! Like I said earlier where I live its well below freezing and buried in snow so it will be awhile before I can really test it out. I’m surprised at how heavy it is compared to all my others but I never had such a loaded drone.

I got the prop protectors on. I forgot I’m working with the precision of German engineering ! Had to be aligned precisely. This drone is truly a work of art. It can’t be appreciated  by pics.

I’m sorry to bother you there’s just one more thing. On your YouTube video showing initial setup it is mentioned that rear LED lights will be light blue rather than dark blue as seen in the video. It was stated that was because the 250 in the video was powered up earlier but a new unit will be light blue. Mine was dark blue from the start.

I flew it around the living room. It has power! It blew everything off the coffee table! Don’t tell my wife.

She doesn’t like when I fly small whoops around the house.

Wooohooo congratz and welcome this drone is very very underated.I have an absolute blast. It has taught me well and has taken a beaten. One thing that is a must for newbies is being able to switch into gps when your in trouble.I fly now in second mode,no altittude hold and on speed 3 ive clocked at 80mph and i hit gps before slamming a tree and saved it more than once.Or when first learning i stayed in gps mode ,it is also very very fast in this mode in 2nd or 3rd speed.Only problem ive found is arm and disarm i have been doing speed runs and went to turn and go up at same time and shut off motors in mid air, either that or i got a fault somewhere but dont do that to often lol.Has 48 channel VTX so you shouldnt have a prob with goggles.battery charger is great i charge all diffrent types just need banana plug adapters.Sorry its winter here to cold to fly and you can see i love my navigator.

    Hey Jim,

Great to hear that you are enjoying the Navigator! It sounds like you are on the right track.

As for not getting GPS signal indoors, this is 100% normal. Essentially GPS signal needs to not have any obstruction from things like walls/ceilings. Sometimes you might get it next to a window or something, but GPS is specifically for outdoor use.

For the broken screw we are working on the replacement and you’ll have it before the end of the week.

As for the dark flashing blue that’s also nothing to worry about. Just likely that some of the setup was already performed in the factory.

And be careful indoors as the Navigator does offer a lot of power so it’s not recommended. But can always understand the desire to give it a go real quick. hahaha

Also Tygger420, thanks for sharing and giving your input as well.

Hope everything is going well for you also. 🙂
