    Hi there Jim.

We will continue to provide technical support including parts support for the Navigator 250.
Is there any specific area where you need support right at this moment for the Navigator 250?

    Best regards,

I don’t even have one yet. I noticed that it is at a very attractive price point. The 250 has many features that I haven’t had before such as GPS, Point to Point, GEO fencing  etc. (all the features that I want). I’m sure I would have questions about setting it up. I was concerned that I would buy it and not get support since you have moved on to some very sophisticated products. I wouldn’t even be able to use it for about four months due to where I live (cold and snowy). I don’t know how long of a warranty it has. If there was a problem I might not know for awhile so I’m hesitant to jump in. Thanks for getting back to me!

I believe they will very well. To make sure – do you have a frequency table of your goggles? Perhaps provide the model number as well so we can help to check for you. Generally most  common frequencies are covered by both, your googles and the Navigator 250.

They’re the Eachine VR006. They cover the usual frequency spectrum so they should be ok.

    Hey Jim,

The Eachine goggles will work with the Navigator. It has all the frequencies that the Navigator has so no worries.
