As from what I know, Jamie has already responded earlier today to on of your tickets. Please do take a look again. Keep in mind that our office is located in a complete different time zone (GMT +8), hence there is a “normal” time disadvantage or advantage depending on where you are located at. There is nothing to worry about, your items are shipped as they have been ordered.

I filled out tickets but nothing. You took my money! No product and no one will talk to me.
Just received feedback from our shipping team. They identified that an email including tracking details has been sent you the very same day the order was placed. The order shipped the same day.
